Aspirin May Lower the Risk of Advanced Prostate Cancer

Dr. Christopher Allard recently published a study that suggests that “regular aspirin intake after prostate cancer diagnosis decreased the risk of prostate cancer death by almost 40 percent.” While it is too early to suggest that an aspirin recommendation be made to all prostate cancer patients, but “men with prostate cancer who may already benefit from aspirin’s cardiovascular effects could have one more reason to consider regular aspirin use.”
