Join the Brigham Research Institute (BRI) and the Office for Research Careers (ORC) at our in-person event to celebrate our research community! This gathering is dedicated to researchers and research staff who find solutions to complex problems and generate a culture of innovation.

We will also recognize research staff nominated by their colleagues who have excelling in their duties this academic year. Additionally, we will acknowledge researchers who volunteered their time to serve on our BRI review committees.

This will be a fun and informal event that will provide a collaborative environment for researchers and research staff to meet each other and make connections. Complete with lunch, snacks, drinks, and festive games, this is an event that you won’t want to miss! Dr. Robert S.D. Higgins and the BRI Executive Committee will be in attendance to recognize, celebrate and honor research staff.

Robert S.D. Higgins, MD, MSHA, Brigham Health President, will be announcing the recipients of the 2022 President’s Scholar Awards. These annual awards honor assistant or associate professors who have made noteworthy contributions in their field of research and who have exceptional potential. Each distinguished awardee will receive $100,000 per year for three years. We encourage you to join us in congratulating our new outstanding scholars.

We hope that you are able to join us to celebrate the accomplishments of you and your fellow researchers and research staff!
