Deep variational autoencoders for single cell RNA transcriptomics
Qiwen Hu, PhD
The camp will focus on machine learning and artificial intelligence, and its application in genomics, pathology, radiology, and clincal data, with hands-on practice, demo, and features talks from 15 experts. The course is organized into three sections: Foundation part will cover mathematics behind the neural network models, tools and resources for deep learning, and a two-hour python hand-on course; Application part will include practical examples and various application in genomics, pathology, radiology, clinical, real-world data. In the end, we will have an Open Discussion about the challenges and unsolved questions in AI, with a panel of doctors, biologists, and computational scientists. So, it will be an exciting event and lots to expect!
