Join the Brigham Research Institute (BRI) and the Office for Research Careers (ORC) at our virtual event to celebrate our research community and the 15th anniversary of the BRI! This virtual gathering is dedicated to researchers and research staff who find solutions to complex problems and generate a culture of innovation.

We will recognize research staff nominated by their colleagues for contributing to the COVID recovery effort and excelling during the research lockdown this past summer. Additionally, we will acknowledge researchers who volunteered their time to serve on our BRI review committees. 150 research staff attendees will receive a digital gift card to show our appreciation!

Sunil Eappen, MD, Brigham Health interim President, will be announcing the recipients of the 2021 President’s Scholar Awards. These annual awards honor assistant or associate professors who have made noteworthy contributions in their field of research and who have exceptional potential. Each distinguished awardee will receive $100,000 per year for three years. We encourage you to join us in congratulating our three new outstanding scholars.

The three finalists of the 9th Annual BRIght Futures Prize will be presenting their projects. The BRIght Futures Prize will be awarded to one of three compelling projects; it’s up to you to help decide which project will be awarded the $100,000 prize. The voting will commence at this exciting event!
